Information provided pursuant to Legislative Decree 6 September 2005, n. 206 ("Consumer Code")

SALE PRICES
The prices indicated on this site are, unless otherwise specified, per unit.
Prices are always inclusive of VAT.
The receipt is sent exclusively via the email address indicated at the time of purchase.
The invoice with the transport note will be sent together with the goods.

METHOD AND DELIVERY COSTS
The delivery of the goods will take place through the express courier service.
Shipping costs are charged to the consumer.
The seller is not liable for any delays attributable to the delivery service.
For the costs related to deliveries outside the Italian borders, it is necessary to contact the seller directly.
If the packaging is tampered with, damaged or the content obviously damaged, it is necessary to indicate acceptance with reserve on the delivery note.
If this is not done, the seller will decline any responsibility for any breakages.
The address provided for the delivery of the goods must be manned during the normal 8 hours of the day.
Specify the name and / or number on the doorbell of the home if different from your own.
Always provide a telephone number.
If you authorize the delivery to the concierge, provide timetables and notify the concierge.
If you find a notice of passage, contact the branch to arrange the return without changing the delivery address.
The change of address, even if in the same city, gives rise to the charge apparently to a new shipment.
You have 2 working days for:
contact the branch in case of notice of passage, to collect the shipment (if eventually in storage), to request its return on a specific day.
After this period the goods go directly into stock with an increase in costs.
Deliveries "to the floor" are not allowed unless previously agreed.
It is possible to request delivery only in the morning or only in the afternoon considering that a time frame of at least 3 hours must be given.
It is not possible to request to be contacted by the driver.
On the other hand, it is possible to have the option of agreeing in advance for unloading by contacting the branch. (For the costs of the service contact our offices).
All shipments are traceable.

SHIPPING COSTS
The displayed cost is valid throughout Italy; varies for Calabria, Sicily and Sardinia, due to higher costs charged to us by the shippers.
Our system calculates the correct shipping cost each time a product is added or deleted from the cart.

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
The consumer can exercise the right of withdrawal, without any penalty and without specifying the reason, within ten working days by sending a registered letter with return receipt. to:

The product, if already delivered or shipped, must be returned in perfect condition and without tampering with the original packaging or whether it has been used, stained or damaged.
The return costs will be fully borne by the consumer.
Parcels cash on delivery or carriage forward will be rejected.
The returned goods must be in their original packaging, therefore the packages must not be opened or show signs of tampering.
Furthermore, the seller is not liable for any damage to the goods during the return transport.
Therefore no refund will be made in case of tampered goods.
If the reason for the return is attributable to the seller (for example, a delivery that does not comply with the order), the buyer will be refunded the total amount paid, including return costs.
If the buyer verifies, at the time of delivery of the order, that the package was delivered by the carrier in a damaged state, he must report it to the distributor.
In this case the seller assumes no responsibility.

REFUNDS
Refunds will be made by bank transfer within 30 days of receipt of the goods and the sum paid by the consumer will be deducted from the shipping costs.

INFORMATION EX D.LGS. 70/2003
The sales contract through the site www.argopel.it ends with the completion of the" cart "and the order form and clicking on the "Conclude order" button.
The contract will be filed by the seller who will make it available, upon request, to the consumer.
Any data entry errors made before placing the order can be corrected by using the tools made available by the browser used.
